Main Methods
Customs inspects enterprise internal controls through "transit tests", mainly divided into two methods:
Forward Transit
Trace from business starting point (such as purchase contract) to endpoint (customs declaration), checking data consistency.
Reverse Transit
Reverse from customs declaration back to contracts and warehousing records, verifying whether declaration information has real business support.
Customs Cross-border Business Process
Scenario description: Based on MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) customs transit data upload, the core logic is to achieve automated collection and reporting of full-chain data from production to warehousing, meeting customs "bonded + ERP" regulatory mode requirements for full-process monitoring of goods in, out, transfer, sales, and storage.
The above process uses the Packing List in the ERP system and the Customs Declaration in the customs system as the logical starting point and compliance basis for the walkthrough test. Building on this, the WMS system enables refined management of the entire material flow, forming a complete closed loop from raw material receiving and production issuing to finished goods shipping. Additionally, the WMS system must fully support storage and flow tracking across various business models, including outsourced processing, in-house manufacturing, CBU (Completely Built Up), SKD (Semi-Knocked Down), and CKD (Completely Knocked Down).
Meanwhile, the MES system is introduced to collect key data from the production execution layer. By binding and tracing raw material batch numbers with finished product serial numbers, precise association between key components and final products is achieved.
Finally, the key customs walk-through data generated by the above multi-source heterogeneous systems (ERP, Customs, WMS, MES) is unified and integrated through data interfaces, directly connecting to the customs supervision system, achieving transparent, automated, and traceable supervision of the entire process from procurement and warehousing, production processing to finished product export.
