Solution Approach
Establish 'offline pre-loading → online quick switch' two-stage material preparation mode:
Separate material preparation operations from the production line, complete feeder loading, verification, and validation for the next work order in advance at the line-side material preparation area.
Adopt unified specification feeder carts/material preparation carts, achieving 'immediate removal and loading, immediate unloading and installation' for the entire cart.
Perform triple verification by scanning station barcodes, material barcodes, and feeder barcodes to ensure 100% correct loading rate.
Establish feeder turnover library, unified scheduling according to work order requirements, reducing single-line feeder configuration quantity.
Transform 'downtime material preparation' to 'offline pre-loading', compress 'line change waiting' to 'whole cart replacement'.
