Data Archive
The traceability chain not only includes production time, but also precisely records the specific material batches used (e.g., which batch the resistor came from), which equipment, which parameter, which operator. Once recall is needed, the system can precisely locate problem batches & associated products within minutes, avoiding large-scale blind recalls.
Strict Material & Process Error-Proofing Mechanism
Automotive electronics production lines have fast rhythms and precision materials (such as 01005 package components), manual operations are prone to errors. MES must achieve 'fool-proofing' through technology.
SMT Feeding Error-Proofing
When operators feed materials, the system forcibly scans material barcodes & Feeder barcodes, comparing with BOM (Bill of Materials); any wrong material or unreplaced empty reel is immediately alarmed & equipment locked, eliminating wrong placement from the source
Process Interlocking & Electronic SOP
Only when the previous process (e.g., SPI solder paste inspection) is qualified, the system allows entry to the next process (e.g., placement). At the same time, the workstation screen forcibly displays the latest SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) & process parameters for the current product; workers cannot skip or operate from memory.
Special Material Closed-Loop Control
For solder paste (requiring strict control of refrigeration, rewarming & usage time) & MSD moisture-sensitive components, the system conducts full-lifecycle timing monitoring; unused overtime or excessive exposure automatically locks, forcing scrapping or baking
BIN Value Control
The automotive lamp industry requires strict BIN value control of SMD LED beads to confirm product brightness consistency
Real-Time Monitoring & Equipment Integration of Key Process Parameters
Automotive electronics SMT reflow soldering, dispensing, pressing and other processes have extremely narrow windows; MES must be deeply integrated with equipment
Automatic Parameter Distribution & Binding
MES automatically distributes parameters such as oven temperature curves, dispensing amount, pressing depth corresponding to work orders to equipment without manual input, avoiding batch defects caused by wrong parameter entry. Real-time parameter monitoring & SPC early warning: The system collects actual equipment operating parameters in real time; once measured temperature or pressure deviates from standard range, it immediately alarms & automatically locks products produced during that period. Forced Integration with Test Equipment
Results from ICT (In-Circuit Test), FCT (Functional Test), aging test and other equipment must be automatically uploaded to MES, cannot be manually modified or entered. The system automatically judges product release or flow to repair area based on test results
Anti-Data Tampering
Test raw data (e.g., voltage, current, frequency) is associated with product barcodes in real time, forming unalterable electronic archives, facilitating customer or third-party audits.
Production Environment Linked Monitoring
Automotive electronics is extremely sensitive to ESD (electrostatic discharge) & cleanliness
Environmental Sensor Linkage
MES collects workshop temperature & humidity, ESD ground status, dust particle count and other data in real time.
Line-Stop Mechanism
