Key Function Highlights
Silver Paste/Glue Open-Time Control
For special materials such as silver paste & glue that are extremely sensitive to open time, the system can separately set effective usage duration. Countdown starts from material requisition; after timeout, the system automatically locks & prohibits use in work orders, eliminating product reliability problems caused by material failure from the source.
Mold Lifespan Automatic Early Warning & Locking
The system sets total lifespan (production cycles) early warning values for each set of precision molds. After each use, the system automatically accumulates & updates lifespan. When lifespan reaches the warning value, automatic reminder is triggered; when reaching the upper limit, automatic locking in the system prohibits scheduling, preventing product dimensional deviation caused by excessive mold wear.
Key Process 'Time-Effect' Control
For specific processes (e.g., curing after dispensing), the system can set maximum allowed interval time between processes. After the previous process completes scanning, timing starts; if the subsequent process does not flow within the specified time, the system triggers dashboard & sound-light alarms, preventing semi-finished product quality deterioration due to excessive waiting time.
Trial Mold/Trial Production Task Online Closed-Loop
Digitize the entire workflow for new product or mold trials within the system, including trial run applications, task scheduling, cross-departmental sign-offs, and result reporting (e.g., 《Trial Production Confirmation Form》). Ensure that all trial processes are documented and results are fully traceable, ultimately accelerating the New Product Introduction (NPI) speed.
Injection Molding Sprue Recycling
The system generates exclusive barcodes for sprue materials based on BOM standard recovery rate. When scanning for return to warehouse, the system automatically compares theoretical values with actual weighing, precisely converts proportionally & writes back raw material available inventory, realizing automatic recovery cost allocation & precise accounting.
Stamping Scrap Recycling
Implement classified barcode management for metal scrap generated from stamping.
