Challenges in Digital Transformation?
Wrong material on placement machine not controlled by fool-proofing
The loading process relies only on manual visual verification, key information such as reel model, feeder position, and material specifications lacks system error-proofing verification, wrong material and mixed material problems occur frequently, easily causing batch placement errors and product scrap. Equipment data not networked, in isolated state
Key equipment such as printers, SPI, placement machines, reflow ovens, AOI, and programmers are not networked and integrated, equipment operation status cannot be monitored in real-time, equipment process parameters and inspection data cannot be automatically collected and bound with production products for traceability, overall in a data island state.
Lack of operation process control for red glue and solder paste
The warming time and mixing operations of solder paste and red glue rely only on manual records and experience control, opening time, usage process, and validity period cannot be tracked throughout, FIFO is difficult to implement standardly, significant quality control loopholes and batch quality risks exist on-site.
